Why get a fanless PC? See what our customers are saying...

Posted

Most visitors to our website are in need of a quiet or totally silent PC. If you need any help believing the benefits of a totally silent fanless PC, here are some excerpts from comments submitted to our recent customer reviews:

  • "It is marvellous to have a completely silent computer, my last two were junked because of rattling fans and hard disks. It is also cheap to run - about £20 per year if you never turn it off."
  • "It never becomes warm, even with extended high activity, I also love the total silence, exactly what I was expecting."
  • "After 18 months its still blazing fast, works as good as day 1, zero maintenance as fanless and dust free. (Having had many many previous failures/issues due to failed fans and overheated/dust clogged PCs over the years)."
  • "I've referred other audiophiles and videophiles to this source for quiet and living room friendly fanless PCs that don't skimp on the specs either and won't bankrupt you like custom boutique name brands models being employed as media servers/streamers."
  • "Before this computer I always need to digitally remove the constant fan noise of the CPU and the power supply. But with this machine, it is dead silent. I am amazed at what it can do without making the least of noise. And for whom cares, it is extremely power efficient."
  • "I was very pleased about the first, so now I have 2. I use them for office (development of industrial applications). The solution is perfect for office. The PC's are running at 48-50 degree Celsius and - of course - they are completely silent."
  • "The aluminium case looks smart and feels really solid. So far it hasn't felt more than lukewarm even on a hot day."

They really know their stuff. You won't be dissappointed.

"I spent quite a lot of time researching a silent PC and had several conversations with Jonathan, their technical advisor. He was extremely helpful and at no point did he try and push their own products on me and simply helped me reach an informed decision. I'm so grateful to Jonathan that I ended up with exactly the right PC for my needs. I'm super pleased with my purchase from Atlast. The build quality is absolutely superb. I really was very impressed with the overall ownership experience. If they keep up the good work, they've got a customer for life..."
