Description

This QUALITY ALUMINIUM external disk drive is aimed at those serious about performance and the reliability of their data.

Has typically 100-140MB/s USB 3.0 performance and 120-200MB/s eSATA performance. See performance charts below.

The disk drive uses the very latest perpendicular recording technology with a massive 750GB per platter (so only 4 platters are needed for 3TB of capacity), enabling the massive capacity without increasing heat compared to previous generation disks.

This product works wonderfully with any PC or Mac. We pre-format for Mac (HFS+) or PC (NTFS format). Please let us know if you are a Mac user when you order, otherwise it will be supplied in PC NTFS format.

The disk is compact, less than 19cm long. Easy to store or carry.

The disk also works with older USB 2.0 and 1.1 interfaces, but at speeds limited by those slower standards.

The whole product has a 2 year warranty, that includes everything - the disk enclosure, disk drive and power adapter.
